First Timers- For first timers, a deep and extensive full body stretch focusing on all major muscle groups will be performed to identify areas in need of deeper work and to improve range of motion, release tense muscles, and soothe stiff joints. A minimum of 75 minutes is suggested for the first session.
50-minute Stretch – Target particular muscle groups and/or areas of concern with deep stretches using reciprocal inhibition, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), and nerve flossing. This service is great for weekly maintenance.
75-minutes Stretch – Target multiple muscle groups and areas of concern with long holds, multiple PNF cycles, and deep mobilization for optimal muscle release and increased range of motion. This service is great maintenance for those with multiple areas of concern on a weekly and biweekly basis.
90-minute Stretch– Deep and extensive full body stretch for those with chronic tightness, those experiencing delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), and those looking for ultimate relaxation and body recovery. This service offers everything from the other services but adds more mobilization, longer holds, light massage for muscle release, and the introduction of self stretches for relief off of the table and out in the world.
*Please note, assisted stretching feels great during and for several days afterward, but the real progress comes with consistency for 8-12 weeks of weekly visits.
