Complete medical intake - As a Rewaken Life ®  Certified Patient Coordinator we will provide an initial consultation and collect intake and consent information so the Medical Team at MD50/Docuspa can develop the best treatment plan for you.
Rewaken Life ® works for MD50/Docuspa Their licensed Physicians will review your information and schedule a zoom call to finalize consultation and order medication. All your questions will be answered during this call.
Medication Delivery - Your prescribed GLP-1 medication will be dispensed by a 503B FDA-approved sterile pharmacy and shipped directly to you within two weeks. You will follow the provided injection dosage and instructions carefully for optimal results.
