Spa La La Aesthetics & Wellness is by appointment only during the hours of 10am-6pm (Monday through Saturday). We do not take walk-in appointments, but we will always do our very best to accommodate any last minute treatments.

A parent or guardian must check in with clients that are younger than 18. A consent form will also be required prior to services being rendered.
You can conveniently book online anytime through our Book Now page on the home screen drop down menu. All appointments are held with a credit card, but there is no charge at the time of booking. Your sale will be completed upon checkout.
Yes, please complete your intake paperwork prior to your appointment to maximize your treatment time and help us provide the best experience possible. It will be attached to your appointment confirmation.
Absolutely! Your comfort is our priority. Let your therapist know if you have preferences for music (we let you choose!), lighting, or table temperature. If you feel like chatting, please do so, or feel free to also escape in silence. We want to provide a relaxing and meditative atmosphere.
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Please be on time to avoid delays. We have 15-minute transitions between appointments and want to give you the full time you deserve!
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Spa La La gift cards. Cash is accepted, but we do not keep change on-site, so exact amounts are appreciated.
Please arrive 15 minutes early only if you need to complete paperwork. Everything is digital and can be found in your treatment confirmation. Filling out prior ensures we can start your treatment on time and give you the full experience. If you’re running late, we’ll do our best to accommodate, but your session may be shortened to stay on schedule. We’re often booked back-to-back and appreciate your timeliness!
Please help maintain a peaceful atmosphere by turning off your cell phone ringer before coming in and refrain from phone calls in the waiting area or near the front door. Since there may be other therapists in session, it can be disruptive. Please do not knock on any treatment room doors. Your therapist will pick you up from the relaxation lounge at your scheduled appointment time.
Due to contraindications with certain treatments, before the start of your session, please bring to the esthetician’s/massage therapist’s attention any health concerns that may prohibit a particular treatment from being performed. For example: high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, pregnancy, injury, etc. If you are an existing client, please inform us of any changes, injuries, or recent surgeries that we might not be aware of.

Whether it be a Birthday, Valentine’s Day, or just because, everyone loves the gift of a skincare treatment or massage. They are available in any dollar amount you wish to treat your loved one to.
Gratuity is discretionary. However, if you enjoyed your treatment, it is customary to tip your Massage Therapist or Esthetician 18-20% of the total treatment cost before any discounts. This does not apply to Medical esthetic treatments such as microneedling and laser.

If you’re receiving a laser treatment or chemical peel, we recommend avoiding retinol or exfoliating products for at least 72 hours prior, and staying out of the sun and avoiding sweating or vigorous exercise after your treatment.
