THE FOLLOWING ARE SOME GUIDELINES THAT WILL ENHANCE YOUR VISIT.

At Spa La La, your satisfaction and comfort are always top priority. This is your time and you should fully delight in your experience. Every effort will be made to provide you with a calibre of treatment, and personal service that is unparalleled. Most importantly, if you have any questions or suggestions, please let us know. Whether it’s the room temperature, volume of the music, or anything else, your input is always welcome.

Spa La La is located in Bee Cave Center upstairs at: 3425 Bee Cave Rd. Suite B2 West Lake Hills, TX 78746 across from Synergy Dance Studio and near Sway restaurant.

Because we are located on the second floor with no elevator, we are not wheelchair accessible. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Spa La La is by appointment only during the hours of 11am-7pm. We do not take walk-in appointments, but we will do our very best to accommodate any last-minute treatments.

It is suggested that you call, text, or book online in advance to ensure that you will receive your preferred appointment day and time.

If you are scheduling online, appointments must be booked at least 3 hours in advance. If you don't see your specific time available, please text us to see if we are able to acommodate you.

We do not want the next guest to be delayed, so please do your best to arrive on time. If it's your first time coming in, please have your consent form filled out prior. Your arrival time will determine the length of your session and treatment fees will not be adjusted.

All will agree that time is our most valuable asset. If unable to keep your appointment, kindly give 12-hours notice. If you no show, you will be charged 100% of your treatment cost in order to accommodate our therapists for their time. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. We do understand that sometimes emergencies happen and will take certain situations into consideration.

Spa La La accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Venmo, and MangoMint gift cards. If you plan to pay with cash, please have the exact amount as no cash is kept in the studio.

Silence can be golden, providing a relaxing and meditative atmosphere. If you feel like chatting, please do so, or feel free to escape in silence.

Above all, Spa La La is a sanctuary for the body, mind, and spirit! Please help maintain a peaceful atmosphere by turning off your cell phone ringer before coming in. Due to the fact that other therapists could be in session, please refrain from carrying on conversations in the hallways. Your therapist will pick you up from the relaxation lounge at your scheduled appointment time.

Due to contraindications, before the start of your session, please bring to the therapist/esthetician’s attention any health concerns that may prohibit a particular treatment from being performed. For example: high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, pregnancy, injury, or any other condition. Also, if you are an existing client, please inform us of any changes, injuries, or recent surgeries that we might not be aware of.

A parent or guardian must check in with clients that are younger than 18. A consent form will also be required prior to services being rendered.

In addition to all the services we offer, Spa La La has gift cards for all your needs.

Gift cards are just as wonderful to give as they are to receive. Purchase online & your gift card will be emailed to your recipient on the date you choose. Whether it be a Birthday, Valentine’s Day, or just because, everyone loves the gift of massage or skincare. They are available for any treatment you wish to treat someone to, as well as in any dollar amount if you prefer to let them choose.

Gratuity is discretionary. However, if you enjoyed your treatment, it is customary to tip your Therapist or Esthetician 18-20% of the total treatment cost before any discounts.

There is nothing better than being able to receive a massage in the comfort of your home or office. All mobile sessions are a minimum of 90 minutes unless you schedule 2+ sessions with the same therapist.

If responding to any ads/contact forms on Facebook or Google Ads, we will not share any of your information with other parties. Your information will strictly be used to inform you of upcoming specials, promotions, and booking confirmations if you've scheduled any treatments with us.
